I designed these Pokédexes based on their appearances in the TV show, and using to-scale dimensions of their respective game consoles (Gameboy for Kanto, DS Lite for Sinnoh).
The Kanto Dex has allowance for a 1/2″ hinge, while the slimmer Sinnoh Dex has a .35″ hinge.
Make sure to print at 100% Scale for accurate sizing.
