Aphelios Sniper Rifle “Calibrum”
(League of Legends)

Spring 2024 – Built using EVA foam, PVC pipes, wooden dowels, acrylic plastics, and electronics.

Exactly one year after I had made my previous weapon, “Severum”, I was commissioned to make another one of Aphelios’s arsenal! This is Calibrum; Aphelios’s largest rifle.

The finished rifle is 56″ x 11.5″ and weighs ~3lb total!

This project took 60 hours to complete, and includes several features:

85 individually programmed LEDs
6 different animation modes including a “Firing Mode” and “Rainbow Mode”
an On/Off switch and 2 buttons to control modes
a built-in battery rechargeable via USB port
breaks apart into two pieces for travel / storage
