These props are to-scale based on standard one-handed swords and flintlock pistols. Designs were made using official Fantasy High: Junior Year art as reference.
Markings included for 1/2″ wooden dowels. Additional 3/8″ dowel marks included for a thinner sword option.
I built my sword and pistol using 5mm EVA foam. The sword handlewrap was braided 2mm foam. The twisty crossguard and pommel were hand-sanded into shape.
